| Q. Will
poor weather conditions affect my reception? |

A. EagleVision uses the most reliable
frequencies to transmit the service. Heavy rain or snow have no
effect on the reception. However, rare atmospheric conditions may
affect the service. Historically, these conditions have been rare
and last for short periods of time. |
| Q. When will
EagleVision add more channels? |
|
A. The Federal Communications
Commission provides authorization for wireless cable companies to
broadcast up to 33 channels. EagleVision's staff is continually
working with the FCC to obtain additional licenses. Unfortunately,
it is impossible to determine when or if our license requests will be
granted. |

purchase any equipment to receive service? |

A. No. Only the monthly
